Believer Music Video re-edit
February 21st, 2024
This video is a re-edit of Imagine Dragon's Believer music video using the raw footage that was provided. An emphasis was put on synchronizing most video elements with the music. This includes cutting to different clips every five beats, whenever someone says "believer," or the punches being thrown to the tempo of the song. Furthermore, color grading was done to some footage to make it blend easier with other clips that have different lighting. The most challenging part of this project was filling the gaps between the two actors fighting and the band singing the song.

This short was the result of having to utilize a random quote. The quote is "I told him to be himself, that was pretty mean I guess." This short video utilizes sound mixing to make the notifications coming from the phone believable. A green screen effect was added on top of the phone to safely show how much damage is being done to the phone from the notifications.
Terminator 2: Audio re-design
This video was an editing class assignment and had me re-record and mix the audio of a clip from Terminator 2: Judgement Day, directed by James Cameron. This includes dialogue (dubbed by myself), foley (the rustling of clothes, arcade buttons and game sound effects), engine noises and scene ambiance.
Robocop Trailer
The purpose of this project was to create trailer that was tonally different than the original film. In this case, I took the original film and re edited clips to feel like a light hearted comedy film. This was accomplished through using an upbeat song and a relaxed narrator. I wanted to use this film as I saw comedic potential with pairing an ultra-violent movie with a narration style typically reserved for more bubbly and "feel good" movies.
